Step 1 - Search for BaseCamp software using a search engine

Step 2 - Download the BaseCamp software

Step 3 - Unzip the software

Step 4 - Install BaseCamp

Step 5 - Download the map from hike-and-bike

Step 6 - Unzip the map

Intermediate step - Install the MapManager software

It is important that Garmin's 'MapManager' software is also installed.
With NEWER versions of the 'BaseCamp' software, 'MapManager' is also provided.
With OLDER versions of the 'BaseCamp' software, the 'MapManager' may NOT be provided.
If you do not have the 'MapManager' software installed, download and install this software first.
